There are a few exciting recent changes at Center for Specialty Surgery (CSS)! In addition to updating our logo to tie in with Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists, our entire facility has gotten a face-lift of it’s own! This recent remodel project was an exciting and eventful project for everyone here at CSS. After looking forward to the project’s completion for many months, our staff and physicians are thrilled with the final results, and hope our patients are too!
CSS first opened it’s doors in 2003 and over the last two decades, we have experienced tremendous growth in the number of physicians and types of cases performed at the center, so naturally, it was time for an update! Additionally, more and more patients recognize the advantages of having their surgeries done in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) such as lower cost, lower infection rates, higher outcomes, so the need to accommodate the growing demand was a big deciding factor in the update.
After years of detailed planning from our leadership team and the experts at Fortis Construction, closing down the surgery center for a whole month, we re-opened our ASC in early February, 2023.
We look forward to continuing to service our patients and providers that choose Center for Specialty Surgery as their desired location for their outpatient surgical needs!
